Objetive

Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for both exempt and non-exempt roles within a maquiladora environment, ensuring the timely attraction and hiring of qualified talent. Partner closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and execute effective hiring strategies, while maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency, candidate experience, and data-driven decision-making. 


Responsabilities

Recruiting, screening and recommending candidates for administrative roles. 

Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and hiring strategies. 

Manage recruitment processes and coordination with external agencies. 

Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ experience and qualifications. 

Coordinate assessments and testing. 

Manage recruiting tools and job postings. 

Participate in hiring events and employer branding initiatives. 

Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. 

Track recruiting metrics and analytics. 


Requisitos

Experience

Experience in recruitment within maquiladora industry 

Proficiency in conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidates’ experience and qualifications 

Full-cycle recruiting for administrative positions in manufacturing environments 

Experience partnering with hiring managers to define job profiles and recruitment strategies 


Technical Knowledge

Experience with recruiting tools (ATS) and social media platforms, job posting platforms. (Linkedin, OCC, Indeed and more) 

Strong candidate sourcing and screening capabilities across multiple channels 

Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and analytics (time to fill, pipeline health, conversion rates)
