The Role


As VP of IT & Technology Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading the commercialization of technology services. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, owning both the commercial agenda and operational performance.

You will act as a key bridge between business and technology, ensuring solutions are aligned with client needs while delivering measurable value.

Key Responsibilities


  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for technology services in Mexico
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales leadership and direct involvement in key deals
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities across industries
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions in collaboration with technical teams
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from strategy to closure
  • Own P&L performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
  • Monitor KPIs across commercial, operational, and financial areas
  • Align cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes
  • Report business insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to global leadership
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented culture


What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in commercial leadership or general management roles within IT or technology services
  • Strong experience driving B2B sales and managing large, complex deals
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, market expansion, and client development
  • Solid understanding of digital transformation, IT services, and technology solutions
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and forecasting
  • Experience working in multinational environments
  • Advanced English (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus
