OBJECTIVE:
Ensure an exceptional first-contact experience for all stakeholders (new clients, current clients, providers, hospitals, courts, adjusters) by serving as the primary point of communication, strengthening client trust, driving retention, and supporting business growth through empathetic, professional, and effective interactions.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Call Management: Identify the type of call and provide the caller with the required information, ensuring routing to the appropriate recipient in accordance with established processes and guidelines.
- Client Retention & Growth: Actively contributes to client satisfaction and loyalty, fostering long-term relationships that result in higher retention rates and new client opportunities.
- Service Excellence: Consistently go above and beyond to deliver empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and professional interactions, ensuring a positive brand perception.
- Call Documentation: Accurately document all call information in the designated systems and internal tools, maintaining compliance with processes and guidelines
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to identify improvement opportunities in client interactions and processes.
