We are currently seeking a People Analytics & Total Rewards Specialist to join a food manufacturing company dedicated to developing and supplying innovative ingredients and solutions for the food industry.


Objective

The People Analytics & Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for transforming HR data into actionable insights, supporting compensation strategies, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making across an international organization.


Responsabilities:

  • Manage HRIS databases and ensure data accuracy across US, Mexico, and Colombia employee populations.
  • Analyze workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and staffing trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop HR reports, dashboards, and analytics using Excel, Power BI, and other digital tools to support business decisions.
  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and automation solutions to improve HR reporting, data analysis, and process efficiency.
  • Support compensation processes including market analysis, salary surveys, pay equity reviews, salary bands, and merit increase cycles.
  • Assist with job evaluations using Korn Ferry/Hay methodology and maintain updated job descriptions and organizational data.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to support workforce planning, labor cost analysis, and budgeting processes.
  • Coordinate compensation administration and onboarding processes for Colombia-based employees through Solvo (PEO).

Requisitos

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Valid passport and visa required.
  • 3+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Compensation, or Total Rewards.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Power BI experience.
  • Experience using AI tools for analytics, automation, or process improvement preferred.
  • Experience managing HR data, dashboards, workforce metrics, and compensation analysis.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and employee data management.
  • Manufacturing or hourly workforce experience preferred.
