At Totum Talent, we are currently looking for talent for the Regional Sales Manager position for a company dedicated to manufacturing and distributing industrial wheels and casters.


Objective

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, developing long-term partnerships, and delivering customized wheels and casters solutions to clients in the food, industrial, medical, manufacturing, and other sectors to drive sustainable sales growth.


Responsabilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities within the food, industrial, medical, manufacturing, and other target sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and opportunity identification to negotiation and closing.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized product solutions aligned with their operational requirements.
  • Deliver sales presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and customer service) to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales forecasts in the CRM.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requisitos

  • Availability to travel
  • U.S. visa and Mexican passport required
  • Advanced English level (professional communication required).
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably in industrial or technical products.
  • Experience identifying business opportunities and generating new leads in the industrial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of consultative sales techniques and negotiation.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and key account development.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and customer service processes within B2B environments.
